Ingredients

Chicken-1kg, FOR MARINADE: grated garlic-40gms, grated ginger-25gms, grated onion-55gms, soya sauce-4tbsps, salt and crushed black pepper, vinegar-2tbsps. OTHER INGREDIENTS: oil- as required, onion; chopped-300gms, chopped green chillies-4.


Cooking Method

Step 1.  Remove the skin and fat from chicken. Clean and pat dry.

Step 2.  Marinade the chicken with the marinade mixture and keep aside for at least 2 hours. For best result keep overnight.

Step 3.  Heat oil and fry the onion. Add chicken and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Then cook over medium flame till the chicken is completely dry and cooked. Add chopped green chilies. Serve with PULAO.
