Ingredients

Spring chicken breasts-110gms; cut into very small pieces, prawn-100gms, cut into small pieces, cornflour-1tbsp, arraroot-3tbsps, finely chopped garlic-15gms, finely chopped ginger-15gms, green chilies; chopped-2, egg-1, baking powder-1tsp, salt and freshly crushed black pepper to taste, ajinomoto (mono sodium glutamate)-2 pinches, oil for deep frying.


Cooking Method

Step 1.  Mix all the ingredients except oil and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2.  Heat enough oil and deep fry the marinated chicken and prawn pieces till brown and crisp. Remove from fire and serve with chilly sauce


Notes / Special Remarks

Chicken drumsticks may be used instead of breasts. with a sharp knife make deep cuts on the legs of the chicken. Marinade the chicken and leave for 2-3 hours (approx). For best result keep overnight in refrigerator. Then deep fry the chicken.
