Ingredients
Chicken (cut into small cube)-550g, oil-3tbsps, crushed coriander-1/2tsp, crushed black pepper-1/2tsp, onions; chopped-200gms, grated garlic-20gms, chopped tomato-240gms, salt, kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves)-5gms, garam masala powder-1/2tsp, green capsicum; cubed-3-4, green chilies;slit-4.
Cooking Method
Step 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed black pepper and coriander. Add garlic and saute' over medium heat until light brown.
Step 2. Add chicken and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Add tomato and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally till the chicken is tender.
Step 3. Add kasoori methi, garam masala powder and green chilies. Cook for further 1-2 minute.
Step 4. Add capsicum and stir fry until oil separates. Remove from fire. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander. Serve with ROTI or PARATHA.
